Strange things happen. Just caught the Muskelunge (dusk/dawn Ascalonian lake fish) in Grothmar Valley, so i quickly swap to fish eggs in order to also catch that succulent Golden Trout before night falls... but i only get 2 Rainbow Trouts in a row, which are DAYTIME fishes, and love fish eggs too! Well, this doesn't help a lot if you get daytime fish during confirmed dusk, especially when both fishes prefer the same bait 😄

one month later, i still can't find any solution to this issue: playing the mac 64b client, no visible carving (using several machines and several chars);any way around this, unless waiting for a kind soul who shows you the way?

ok, seems macOS 10.12 is the point;i just updated to 10.13 and now it works fine on all 3 previous trials, even on the initial one that was stuck at build 102030;if it's not a coincidence, it means that the patch was compiled for newer macOS versions, in which case it would be fine to announce it?nevertheless, if someone under 10.12 has a working mac client, pls tell us?

1) reinstalling the game on a new account was useless - meanwhile you get the current downloading issue (see the post Downloading GW2 Files Remaining stuck at 49,100?) and spend 2 times 5 hours for nothing :)2) using an older version of gw2 and its gw2 folder in app support on another new account was useless too; useless means, as previously said, that after the last patch (Feb. 11) the game crashes when you press the play button after login;is it a particular problem of the mac client? does it only affect macOS version 10.12.6?

90%, hold on :)failed, stuck at 90% seemingly, trying to reinstall during the night :(

i'm doing this indeed: installing on a new account, directly /Home of this account and not in Applications (in order to keep the old version safe);it takes some time to download though (probably several hours to go, only 50% atm), i'll tell you...

i just notice a difference though: bear and i are stuck at build 102030, while vain succeeded to reach build 102063...

bear.4530 has exactly the same issue described in a previous post (Game crashes after patch);i have the same issue too, with the same machine and system version
