I know this is a bit of a necro, yes the achievement bits start at 0. for example when i calledhttps://api.guildwars2.com/v2/account/achievements?access_token=[APIKEY]i get (among other things):{"id": 4712,"bits": [0,1,2,3,4,5,7,8,9,10,11],"current": 11,"max": 14,"done": false,"unlocked": true},this corresponds to my "saving skyscales" not having skyscale of life, skyscale of courage, and of course a quest completed.the current and max values are a "count" so they are 1 indexed. only the bits are zero indexed. Are you planning to add dynamic tracking to remove unnecessary nodes to taco? i would love to have that.
