Big chest impossible to open in Gandara event.

Yepp, but it was not set to "on". Could try that. -
So participating from the "protect the canons" and all thru the event, the big chest spawn and I cant open it.I get the access key and can loot the smaller ones in the barrier-protected room, but no loot for me from the big one. Happen twice.Why ?????
