i have the issue even in cities or normal non-meta contents, but yeah when it comes to meta the ping just gone wild

about a week ago, i started having massive ping, like 4000 at night (i'm in GMT +7 so it gonna be 2 or 3pm server time??)But now the lag hit me at random moments, early morning, afternoon, evening, late night. Other things like movies, youtube, video call etc. work perfectly fineAt first i thought is about the quarantine so many people stay home and cause the internet problem but now seem that the cause is the server? because the Speedtest seems normal to me

Hi guys,So I am currently doing an achievement called Warpblade. With some helps from the wiki and youtube, i've managed to finish 12/14. But the caffeinated skritt and Aszar, for me, are big challenges.For Aszar, the bounties party doesn't have enough people to kill the boss, maybe everyone hate Desolation? i saw people die and die and die and then timed out. My biggest concern is will i ever get the chance to gather enough people to fight this.And for the caffeinated skritt, seems like nobody care about this event? I don't see anyone talk about skritt loot or sth, they just doing bounties.Please, any advice would be great and thankful, i want that blade so bad for my Weaver cuz i'm wearing the exotic sword the game gave me when i had elite spec.Thank you!
