I am having this issue as well. Like OP, I don't use any 3rd party programs. I am also noticing some oddities with the preview pane as well. Colors seem.....off.

I took the survey and saw nothing that suggested the "beginnings of a third game" or that suggested they will or won't make an expansion.

I would love to see the blue part be able to be dyed. Also, a version of the armor where the blue part is just transparent would be amazing.
There was a post on reddit where someone edited the armor to where it didn't have the blue skin. It looked pretty awesome in my opinion. Would be an instant purchase for me.

Before these skins were introduced I planned on spending more (just on mount skins) than I have so far. The method of implementation forced a self-imposed hard stop at three.
Not to say I won't buy or spend more gems. I certainly will. Just not on rng skins.

I've always wanted to see playable Tengu in GW2, or any new playable race for that matter. But after two expansions and no indication of that ever happening my doubts are growing.
