  1. Here's another Idea each weapon skill (Except First Weapon Skill) used reduces the cooldown between each fire.

-6s (Rifle Turret), -2s (Flame Turret), -3s (Net Turret), -1s (Thumper Turret)

I wish they did that rework sooner. Scrapper's mechanic and whole concept still feels and always felt lackluster. I am still waiting the day Scrapper receives the same treatment as Firebrand.😅

It does in the sense that it spews out Super Speed. just wish Scrapper had Protection uptime.

Yeah, this need to be fixed. I have a static for CMs + T4s, and usually we run mirage for cm 100 and mech for the other ones, we prefer mech bc it has might since we dont use healer (high bd). It is VERY anwful i need to swap to revenant just to do Aquatic Ruins.

I don't understand why this aquatic skill. I think if it's to have this skill that replaces the mech, it's better not to have anything.

I just swap to scrapper for Aquatic since Superspeed works and losing Alac isn't that big a deal for just Aquatic. I guess the swap to revenant makes sense if the Alac you give saves enough time on the fight to be worth the swap.

  4. The worst thing about the Rifle Change wasn't that it was lowered to 2 shots its the after-cast delay added to it.

Mechanical Genius getting a duration increase is nice and Mechanical Genius does help further the gap between Mechs who are trying and Mechs who aren't.

It's mostly because you overcap on boon duration with Harrier everywhere. Minstrel has more healing power and less concentration and is used to minimize the waste of concentration. Taking in account the bonuses from Fractal potions and stuff: More AR will translate into more stats like concentration and might require you to replace more Harrier pieces with Minstrel to avoid wasting it.

Except Potions don't effect the duration of Alac provided by Mech only Alac provided by the player. So take that into consideration as well.

I think it's too soon to tell the magnitude of this change. The mech's condi duration was bugged, so we'll soon see how that bug fix affects condi mechanist overall. If it goes too crazy they can always try to modify how this trait affects the mech and call it a day (it's also proccing every 10 sec, not every 3 like the aim-assisted rocket). I think having separate ICDs is aimed at avoiding the mech proccing the trait rather than you (given that now mech's condi duration is going down) while, as Jerus said, offsetting some of the lost condi power for the mech. Essentially, it's not double-dipping, but assuring rng doesn't screw the condi power of mechanist even further than the bug fixing will.

On that note, does anyone know if Superconductive signet uses the engi or the mech's condi duration and power?

4s without Perplexity Runes and 6s with Perplexity Runes so I assume Superconductive uses the player's Condi duration since duration is changed by runes, but I could easily be wrong.

The battlemode design is why I didn't bother pursuing raid armor when I was invited to a static group.

Legendary Armor is free to Transmute so it really doesn't matter which one you obtain in terms of visuals because Raid Armor is the only one with a unique design. The PvP and WvW Armor don't have unique skins they just use the ascended skins of the armor used to make them.

Well what did you think was going to happen when you tried to get your robot to drink a potion?

That's like shoving bacon into the USB port of a phone because it just woke up and it's time for breakfast.

How else is my USB port supposed to have that morning breakfast smell?

The main nerf they saw was with their sustain with life steal. I would say a small buff to Reaper Shroud is on its way since there are plenty of ways to shorten it though taking damage.

Being forced to live in shroud isn't all its cracked up to be. Would rather have them increase the attack speed and damage of Greatsword to give a reason to be outside of shroud.

Then why don't they have a path for example legendary armor that can be obtained by collections in the open world?

Me and plenty of others don't like raiding, but we like open world.

WvW is pretty Open World and has Legendary Armor. Speaking of which while you wait for Shadow of the Mad King you can try out the WvW World Restructuring Beta 6.

Soulbeast, Bladesworn and Power Virtuoso? These builds were doing more damage than Power Mechanist even before the 10% nerf.

How about you nerf everything to the same level?

More damage on the top end and less damage on the bottom end. You have to look at both ends of the spectrum because the game isn't just about doing the absolute max there are plenty of other aspects to the game. Mech is still pulling higher numbers on average than two of those classes in majority of gameplay.

  12. Just tested it Crit Chance 75% couple of non crits seemed to be around 75%. Also tested it with Rune of the Pack 66.66% Crit Chance no difference still not 100% crit chance.

Again, again I say HOW does a new person know this? HOW? Explain to me how someone who has never played gw2, never logged in, never seen the microtransaction systems, has no idea you can trade gold for gems, know you can get the living worlds free? Know you can get them by playing over a long period?
Once again, the only arguments against the game being better for new players, are by veterans. We all got the living worlds free by being logged in, most people did not have to pay, so explain how its better for new players to see a multi hundred dollar price tag for gw2 in some countries?

They should only have to pay for the expac. We won't get new players by over charging them for a product they have no idea about.

I found out by noticing there was a tab to trade gold for gems and that living world seasons were sold for gems instead of $ in the gem store. Then I put two and two together. It's not like you have no time to browse the in game store.
