Hi there, On the 27th (two days ago), I purchased the Living World Season 5: Prologue Bound by Blood with 200 gems (I can provide screenshot of my buying history).Today, I noticed that a special promotion is running on this episode, which is now available for free. I feel a bit stupid, especially that I did not start to play it yet as I am still finishing contents from Season 4.Would it be possible to get a refund of my 200 gems?
