I get that they're a bit backed up at the moment and in the middle of a pandemic of all things but I was curious as to what the average wait times for lost account tickets are. I've seen posts asking how long they are in general but in their post they seem like they are focusing on lost accounts and I was wondering how long that is taking at the moment. Its been a week since I sent mine in and I'm using my fathers account to make this post. I filled in all of the fields on the ticket.
