I'm not getting something. In the laurel method (for example), what should I do with the Heavy Crafting Bag that is bought? Sell it in the trading post? You mentioned to sell it in the counter... the counter is the same as the trading post? Or should I sell it to any vendor? Also, with the META-EVENTS method, what should I do with the valuables, currencies and karma to get gold?
