Can't Find Privateer Weapon Skins

Thanks! Don't know how I missed that. Pretty disappointing timing hopefully they come back soon. -
Does anyone know if you can still obtain the privateer weapon skins with black lion tickets or by some other means? The wiki looks to be out of date and I can't find any vendors that sell these items.
