I've been dealing with this as well. I recently got back into playing Guild Wars 2 and noticed that I can't 'grab' the screen to move it around. There is some sort of interference it seems that makes the mouse slide around. I'm selecting players during battle, I can't turn to look at the bosses I'm killing. It's very frustrating. I know it's not my mouse itself, as I have no issues anywhere else. For now, I just allowed either mouse button to control the camera, so now I can use the left click AND the right click to control the camera. We'll see how that works out.
