basicly what the title said, achieve is bugged or something did the quest twice and went to talk to campbell too guess i will have to do it all again... edit:. after looking around for info it seems like the only way to get this achievement is doing it via green marker so you gotta do ALL the story up to that point again...

still no official word for the origin of these gems?

this is really weird, no official stament and only some random ppl got the gems
