  1. Sorry, but I'm asking because what you say makes no sense.

    a) If you can't go to another map would mean your server is more than full.
    b) If your server isn't stupid they should be able to organize and not fight at spawn vs Siege
    c) If you're constantly outnumbered "a" isn't possible.

Show me a screen, tell me what server you are on.

  2. Ok, so you are sitting in EBG for days and getting camped, because you can't get enough people to not run stupidly through the main entrance of your servers side? And the other server isn't playing?
It's a "my server sucks" problem before it's an Anet problem.

    Solution: Leave EBG
Solution: Organize your people on EBG (classes, voice com)

  3. Yes, WSR was stacked before the relink. Even with the knowledge that gw2mists isn't accurate there isn't a single indicator that people left the server in masses.

The drop from Anets counting isn't proof. So many server miraculously drop before relinking, because everyone knows when Anet is checking activity. And WSR just tanked their activity. Why I know that, because they have their alts in my matchups.

I don't really know if you are just ignorant or naive or just a "but my WSR server is dead - dude".

No, they were not. The population for WSR lowered AFTER the relink. This is very clear on gw2mists.

Can you show us the transfers on the graph, please? Because this would be at least a possibility for your theory. In fact it isn't because WSR population didn't change around that time.
At least not in the numbers bringing them from Full to Very High.

From August to 28th of November the numbers are:
    From WSR > 19
    To WSR > 18

With the typical "gambling" of those activity statistics we get a pretty clear picture. You can basically see how WSR activity is dropping in the weeks closer to relink.

I don't know if I'm right, but I'm pretty sure your theory is wrong.

This. The sheer power creep and buffs to make boonballs more hand holdy have become silly. You can burst people with circles of damage that should obliterate them, they can do no dodging and press all the wrong buttons while you press all the right buttons and they get by simply because the balance team said they would. Their leader can use every incorrect positioning, timing, etc and still have it work because anet only listens to boonballs when balancing. They already had an advantage, being organized. They don't need to have this much free sustain too. I've always enjoyed anti-zerg bursting with various builds, positioning, coordination and more and it has become silly because I can play all my cards right and what used to melt a group SOUNDLY and fairly can be passively survived through skill-free comping. At least make them react to their surroundings. Stop pretending boonballs are some super elite form of gameplay.

Example: Like half of their players can continue to use aoe projectiles into reflects and instead of needing to move or stop casting all their damage at themselves, they can simply facetank the entire mistake while doing no dodging or reacting at all beside their braindead rotations. People should die when you kill them. Controversial take in 2023 I know.

That is really sad. I recently put down a wall of reflection and saw 4k burn ticks and dozens of numbers popping up until the duration ended, but still nothing died - except me some seconds later when getting pulled through a gate, rooted and deleted.

So by your logic, people shouldn't play with friends but you can, and you can go on hibernation when your vs WSR and play on offhours but we can't take a break to try to get the server open.

    Aight

I always play with my friends. Our first plan was to play some Volleyball, but that didn't work out with 8 people in a team. So we got my neighbor, he is ten, but pretty tall for his age. He was the other team. We won btw.

And no, I can't play vs WSR, because the whole server and its link are my friends.

  7. WSR never wanted competition. They could have spread their 100 friends guilds on 5 servers and suddenly would have gotten fights. Instead they decided to map queue together, go on hibernation if they are full (or on alts to annoy other servers) and wait for a new link.

That's why you shouldn't play them. Take a week off, play on off-hours.

    Are you on NA servers?

I play on eu (wvw) and we have a loot of women (some that don't speak much English too)

Can't say I have seen harassment of women in this game, apart from a couple times (in 10+ years) I believe that is the exception and the community is good at weeding out those weirdos.

Some of the best(and most popular) pug commanders on my server is women.

    Good luck with WvW

As someone with negative experiences in that I can tell you it happens. Not necessarily in the voice chat but while or afterwards in PM. When you use discord and your profile options you may experience this even more, because you may have linked your steam, twitch or just some hints to your other social media accounts (common nicknames for example) and gaming is full of people that think they can find their waifus over those channels.

No server from t4 onwards has a lower activity than 3 hours a day, don't be ridiculous. Ever played against any of the EU servers that are set to "Very High"? Most of them field blobs from 8pm till 1-2am AND they have groups running from morning till afternoon. From the time I was linked with Riverside, they only had a big group in the morning (like every other server) and then again in the evening from 8pm till 11pm. In the afternoon it's basically dead, so shouldn't really be a problem for any EU server.

And those are usually the servers you're up against in anything higher than t5. The only one that is permanently in t5 is Baruch because they play in a completely different timezone and even they have more than 3 hours of activity a day. Every server usually has more than 3 hours of activity if they don't want to go down a tier on purpose (like WSR sometimes does so they can farm weak servers).

Riverside activity in  a nutshell. You play the normal timezone and the early morning timezone. Therefore your activity is much higher than that of other servers. It's that easy. As long as you can karma train from 7-11 every morning and have people playing on the normal time of the day you will be considered very active.
