Had the same issue and sent a bug report. I could complete anyway, I started spamming the special action key after being stuck at 75% for quite a while. I read here that there is a sound cue, didn't notice that but I have sound on low usually. Quite annoying though. It doesn't happen to everyone, I asked around in the guild, the majority of people could complete this just the way they were supposed to. -
Thanks that helped me, I also was unable to login but could do it by copying from notepad. Hope this gets fixed soon.

. Ah true I didn't notice that before. yes that actually does update. Very strange.

In NA everything works fine. pips and skirmish points (victory, k/d, warscore). Also in EU the warscore also doesn't update so it doesn't look like it reverted to that.

there has been no progress for the last 5 skirmishes, 6 including this. Quite annoying, especially the missing pips and reward track progress.
