I opened a Blacklion chest, and was awarded the 1 Wild Thihorn Raptor Skin, and then the game logged me immediately to the character select screen, after returning to my character, I didn't have the Skin anymore. and the chest was returned unopened. I opened another chest to see if the results would be the same and they were not. I Submitted a ticket for it. But I guess I should wait until they respond (which has been upwards of 2 weeks lately right?) Before I open more chests? It's frustrating
