this issue havent been fixed for long time

💥IMPORTANT Notice FOR Anyone installing Steam and official GW2 launcher💥 when you delete the steam version GW2 BECAREFUL, because it deleted my GW2 launcher folder too, so if your downloading the dat from steam then copy and pasting it to GW2 official launcher folder, then try to delete the GW2 steam version IT WILL delete that folder too

i tried steam method, steam gw2 file size is 60ish something gigabyte and when i tried to launch the gw2 launcher, it says it had to download 250k more files and it keeps dropping in speed till it stops

after checking out the support forum i noticed many people got this error and they got same reply bot message as i got:I received a reply from support on my ticket as to why I am unable to purchase gems. "Your recent purchase attempts were caught in our payment processor’s general security checks. They are currently reviewing what’s preventing you from completing a purchase and we will send you an update as soon as this is complete. Although it’s typically much quicker, this process can take up to 12 hours."

"Unfortunately an error has occurred. Please try again later." anyone else got this error? it has been now more than 12 hrs
