  1. Literally proving my point. This issue is not a common issue amongst MMO's. Yet the contant response from ArenaNet is "Your fault, we can't fix it. Yet we can constantly churn out store content" If your stating that their stance is the only current option, yes it is. But if you are implying said response is justified then we very much disagree. It seems to me that the likelihood the fault lies with the biller of choice is quite high. This fault, if true, still lies with AN even more so. After almost a decade of the same issue and refusing to either A) accept responsibility and fix the problem or B) change your choice of biller; they have chosen C) ignore the issue entirely and when in doubt blame the consumer.
