I'm trying to get Trailblazers for my condi herald. What's a good base game stat set for general pve while I don't have Trailblazers? Thanks

I've been loving my herald. But I want a little change of pace to keep things fresh. So what class should I choose to level as an alt? I want a class that has some complexity and maybe similar feeling to Rev.
