According to the release notes, the skill burst of strength should have been changed as follows: It looks like the tooltip has been updated properly as part of the patch, but the cooldown is still 15 seconds when it is actually used.

Also running into the issue with the meta being stuck - can't get in to get twilight III achievement. Any chance someone on US has a mesmer in there still and could port me in? Any chance of getting the map unstuck/reset? Thanks.

Hey All, Returning player here interested in jumping back into things, used to run a ton of fractals (high and low level), some strikes, and lots of open world content. Got two new players that recently joined up so going to be going for another round of world completion and playing through things on a new profession but figured id get back into an active guild as it looks like mine went pretty inactive in the past year - looking forward to seeing you all in game.
