is it a learn to play issue? i have no doubts that i could complete it on a couple other characters of mine. but im also pretty sure i also have some that are really going to struggle on it. maybe it is a learn to play issue. sure he makes sense in the story, but mechanically he does so little which doesn't make this fight very fun. I've heard quite a few people claim he's easy, but is he fun? Zhaitan was easy.is it a learn to play issue if people are getting past Balthazar? there are so many things people have to beat to get to this point.my point, regardless if this fight was easy or hard, its just not a good fight; and since its not a good fight, its easy for it to be over tuned to some builds and under tuned for others.

I really hate this boss fight for a couple reasons. First, he doesn't do much. he will punch you in the face a lot, then every once in a while he trys to pull you into his mouth. i hate dust mites for the same reason, first they punch you in the face, then they blind you, then repeat. the Balthazar fight before is fun and exciting, there is so much going on in that fight. the second thing i hate, is its so punishing for making a mistake and there's very little time to break bars. making a mistake costs you either a large portion of life, or will heal him, a large portion of life. its not like he does it when a quarter or a half of his life is gone, he will try to take your life or gain life when ever he wants. Third, the mechanical simplicity of this fight, makes it terribly placed right after an 'epic' fight that happens at the beginning of this instance.
