And we know that everyone have this problem because you and the OP do how?It is likely that there is more then 1 reason that people can't buy gems as well hence the reason each and every single person that have trouble need to msg support and wait.If all they had to do was flip a switch dont you think they would have a person on that money switch 24/7? Because I'm sitting at a LAN in my house with 3 friends using the same client with 3 different CC's and NOBODY can make a payment! That's why I know it's happening.

If they wanted money Linken they'd have fixed this as soon as their network monitoring system alerted them to the fact that they haven't received any gem payments for 12 hours. It would ring a few bells after probably an hour, if they knew how to monitor their servers. So, after all of the tickets we've submitted, this is a Tier 1 issue that should have been caught by their system as soon as it happened. They don't need their players to QA their servers for them. I do IT for a living, somebody's sleeping at the wheel. Or 12 people are, who knows?

Same has been happening to me. Tried it twice with one CC thinking I typed it in wrong. It gives a quick unexpected error message in red, then disappears. Tried it with another CC, same problem. I can't belive this isn't being fixed.
