I've recently come back to GuildWars after several years and I bought the Standard expansion pack a few months ago and on the listing, it included HoT, Path of Fire and Icebrood Saga.I've just finished both HoT and Path of Fire, but when I go to start Icebrood Saga, the whole thing is locked except for the last chapter (Champions)? What am I missing here?

I've been playing for a couple of weeks and everything has been great. However, when I logged on today, there was an update and now I keep getting an Error 42 message. - "The game client is unable to gain access to the log-in server at this time".I have restarted my computer and modem, but the error has been persisting for several hours now. Any guidance would be appreciated.
