Does anyone know if our character as to have the skill level above the crafted item to get research notes from it? Or can any character buy them from TP and get notes from a crafted item?

I was playing Weight of the World and reached the part where me and my friend had to destroy Joons first mech round but we couldn't destroy them all as I guess one was stuck under the floor. It was showing the combat X on the mini map with no way for us to kill it. So couldn't progress the quest.

Do anyone know how to get the vehicle to harpoon the gate? It just comes up as zero damage on the gate, so does using the weapons. I only damage the gate sometimes when using a bow and arrow.

I posted on this last night when I tried to purchase gems for my other half. Same thing as the OP said.
If support is fixing the problem for many people then they obviously know what the problem is, so why not either 1. tell us what it is, or 2. fix it for everyone?
It might be frustrating for us in the short term, especially having to contact support repeatedly for the same issue. But surely the gw2 company is losing money each time people give up. So it should be in their interest to fix it for everyone?

I just tried to buy gems via paypal and got the same reply as @Oyjord.2508 said.
It never even opens up my browser to paypal, so it can't be paypal denying it.
I wonder how much money GW2 as lost due to this bug.
I'm trying to give you money and you're not taking it. Please get it fixed as you're losing money.

So far I've seen 5 hero/skill challenges bugged across multiple maps with the same bug. This as been going on for around 3 days. What is happening!?

Editing line spaces
It's not been the best expansion compared to the others.
The story isn't the best, and the maps aren't fully utilized. The last map specifically.
On the Dragaon's End map most people beam to the waypoint in the north (and everyone gets put their after the events), yet there is no armor repair there. It's at the south of the map. Little things like that are annoying.
