Howdy. I wrote the post, a couple down, about the mouse lagging when signing in. I looked at task manager and noticed there were 5 instances of chromium embedded framework, each using an amount of memory, under the gw2 client. I was able to delete 2 of them, but when I tried a third it changed to cefhost, then back to chromium embedded framework. Could this be causing my issues on that initial sign in screen?

Just bought new pre-built. All other apps ok, but when I downloaded gw2, problem started. When the screen where you log in opens, mouse cursor starts to lag bad. The lights on keyboard start to go on and off constantly as well. In game, no issues. Also, another real weird thing. I tried to use steam to open. Steam was fine, but once I added gw2 to library, same cursor lag and keyboard light issues. Anyone know of a solution?
