As the title states. Tried writing to support@arena.net but my email kicks it back saying it's invalid, and I can't sign into support to write a ticket.

I've been trying to submit a ticket because I bought Black Lion Chest Keys 5 days ago. Every time I log in to submit a ticket, it brings me to my account page, and doesn't recognize I signed in when I go back to the support page.
