  1. Can we please make the Black Lion Mastery Coffer either a selectable reward with a non-mastery reward or remove it all together.  There are a lot of people running around with completed mastery tracks (455 Mastery Rank) and this does absolutely nothing for us.  Unfortunately you (ANet) has made this a more prevalent reward and it prevents me from opening black lion chests while it is one of the guaranteed rewards.  Considering that the black lion chests don't get updated all that frequently, this is an issue.

My thought is to make a 6th class that will just craft. i.e. sit in the crafting area and make things that the others have gathered. As it appears all ingredients go to the same place.  A character can be active in 4 at a time but it is easy to switch.

Then just get that Crafter a bunch of bigger bags to store things in.

The only issue with that is that there are 9 crafting professions and any one toon can only craft from 2-4 of them (2 originally, with one additional for each crafting license bought from the TP to a max of 4).  Since each additionally crafting license is 800 gems and an additional character slot is 800 gems, you are probably better just buying a few more additional character slots to use as mules and crafters than the license.  Either way you would need at least 2 to cover the majority of the useful professions (scribe can wait IMO), and better 4 toons with 2 professions each.

EDIT: It's called "Experience Scroll" in which I don't care about. I delete them. Would rather trade for something else.

You should keep them. Useful for creating a weekly key farm character. Also, the higher level ones get you ingredient bags and boosters for "leveling."

ANet: Hey! It's been 10 years! How awesome is that?!?!? We put a lot of work into this.  We took something we totally had in game before and extended the duration. Oh, and it's still a one-time use thing. How awesome is that???

Me. woohoo. gee. thanks. I guess?

Anet: Oh, and I forgot to mention, you can only get a limited number of them. EVER! Cool, right????

    Me: yeaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh.................................

I didn't understand it either, until I was told it is the downvote button. Then it clicked as to why it appears on anything fanboys wouldn't like to see psoted. It's such an awful way to welcome people to the forums too. It's used far too much.

You were the only post that didn't have a confused reaction yet. I feel like that isn't allowed in this thread. So I fixed it.

I'm sorry but having this permanent would be too much, entire builds would become dependant on players dropping this food in order to play meta, unlike the birthday cake which is "newbie food" and weaker than both ascended and normal food (Dragon's Revelry Starcake).

The only way this could work is if it was nerfed somewhat to not be best in slot.

Food - maybe as there is an entire crafting disciple related to this so making that obsolete would be a little mean.
    Banner - not so much.

I also just really object to this like of thought. "We can't have nice easy things because people will expect them." Other games you spend 5 minutes buffing everyone before an encounter. People expected that even though it required a lot of user interaction. I don't get what's so bad about having a banner I didn't need to grind for anymore.

Thanks for confirming what I said, it's the results of multiple reductions that happened over time.

If you say full price, you mean release price, so you have to take the release price for your comparison

You may not like it, but that's the truth

So $29.99 for core and all expansions is $120. Living world was free at launch. So $20 sale on a game 10 years old. Wooohooo!

Well, you do realise that the full price is more around 200$ if not more and that this 100$ bundle you called full price is already the results of multiple reduction due to it being old content ?

Core - Free for a while now.

HoT - Free with PoF for a while now.
PoF - Easily 25$ for it.  Current full price 29.99 for both PoF and HoT
    Cantha - 29.99.
SO charging FULL PRICE for both and $40 for the living story that is multiple years old that most people got for free anyway doesn't seem like a deal to me.  I wouldn't buy it if I was a new player looking at it on Steam.

  9. For the confused individual. Think of it as the game of the year edition. Old content selling only some of the DLC for over $100 a year after release is bunk. Why should people expect it for 10 year old content?  You don't pay full price for a 10 year old TV - you actually just don't buy it.  If ANet wants to entice players it should be under $100 for all content (and probably less than $50 tbh). They can make money on cosmetics, utilities, and the like.

Edit:  Also, it is advertised on steam as the "Complete Collection."
