as stated in the title, after the most recent update, when I start the game, I get to the choose a character screen for a second and then the game crashes immediately with no error message.
Im on windows 10
tried to reinstall the game, used repair mode and windowed mode and did a clean boot, nothing worked.
also tried to delete d3d9.dll file from bin, but there was no such file there.
any idea what else I can try?

as in a different folder or a different pc?
I don't use any gw2 related 3rd party apps as it is (casual player here)
I did look at the dump file but I'm not tech savvy enough to understand it.
also for the subject above, I was referring to the bin64 in the game folder, not my system folder.
