  1. You don‘t play Firebrand, because you lose out on too much when playing it over Core Guard. You have no more instant cast, insanely short boon durations, a mantra heal that heals for 200HP per cast on Avatar amulet and long virtue cooldowns.

The actual issue is that Anet tends to overnerf specs and never actually tries to rebalance them after they kill them. Firebrand isn‘t the only example - Chrono, Berserker & Druid are as well members of that club

Broken suggestions tbh, the only one that isnt just a creep appears to be the first one about the flame moving with ya, i expected that when reading virtue one description and generally would just be so nice. Oh yea, and no matter what world you live in changing that buff to crit is a downgrade.. unless you running huge ferocity and low crit xDDD

If all these suggestions were followed it would not only be broken but also remove a lot of skill required just making things ezmode. It's like reading someones list of how they would overbuff themselves to suit they own needs.

Actually the first Willbender Flames change would be the most potent one by far, I am not seeing how changing swiftness to superspeed or increasing F2 healing or some auto-attack modifiers is considered broken and demanding „ezmode“, when Willbender is by far the most underperforming spec out of the entire expansion and can‘t in no way compete with other roamers such as Heralds for example.

Also changing condition damage increase on Lethal Tempo to crit chance increase would be an insane damage buff, since Willbender lacks the passive burn application Core Guardians have and since Willbenders don‘t have easy Fury access unless they sacrifice alot of damage and pick the Valor line. Also I believe you really don‘t get the point, since it would be a change that targets the low 11K health pool of guardian and would enable us to play more defensive amulets, meaning it would be a sustain buff. We know for a fact that Power Core Guard was a viable roamer when resolution increased crit chance by 50% back in the day - Lethal Tempo being changed would open up exactly that playstyle again.

They said 3 for each of the first 3 betas so the virtuoso for instance will be available only in the first and 4th event so they won't receive more testing. They will likely then work on feedback between each beta event so it goes

1st beta event - balance pass on those 3 specs - 2nd event - balance the next 3 specs - 3rd event - balance the last 3 - 4th event all specs have received one balance pass by this point - final balance pass before release.

Ah alright I thought it would be first 3, then 6, then 9, but I still feel they could at least announce them

  4. I wouldn‘t compare it to Prot Holo, but I know what you are trying to say. The sustain coupled with the damage are for sure problematic and I can see it being the dominant 1v1 build after Holos get nerfed, not sure if I would call it broken though. I agree that pet damage modifiers across the board should be adjusted, because some of them hit harder and move faster than actual players.
