  1. Well that is objective, I think the balance patch preview is great in terms of PvP
  2. You don‘t play Firebrand, because you lose out on too much when playing it over Core Guard. You have no more instant cast, insanely short boon durations, a mantra heal that heals for 200HP per cast on Avatar amulet and long virtue cooldowns. The actual issue is that Anet tends to overnerf specs and never actually tries to rebalance them after they kill them. Firebrand isn‘t the only example - Chrono, Berserker & Druid are as well members of that club
  3. Actually the first Willbender Flames change would be the most potent one by far, I am not seeing how changing swiftness to superspeed or increasing F2 healing or some auto-attack modifiers is considered broken and demanding „ezmode“, when Willbender is by far the most underperforming spec out of the entire expansion and can‘t in no way compete with other roamers such as Heralds for example. Also changing condition damage increase on Lethal Tempo to crit chance increase would be an insane damage buff, since Willbender lacks the passive burn application Core Guardians have and since Willbenders don‘t have easy Fury access unless they sacrifice alot of damage and pick the Valor line. Also I believe you really don‘t get the point, since it would be a change that targets the low 11K health pool of guardian and would enable us to play more defensive amulets, meaning it would be a sustain buff. We know for a fact that Power Core Guard was a viable roamer when resolution increased crit chance by 50% back in the day - Lethal Tempo being changed would open up exactly that playstyle again.
  4. Ah alright I thought it would be first 3, then 6, then 9, but I still feel they could at least announce them
  5. I know it was handled the same in HoT, but 3 at a time is still a bad way of revealing elite specs. Not only will some people be able to play 4 betas with their classes and others just 2, the elite specs that will be revealed at the end will receive far less adjustments, because the community will not have enough time to test them enough
  6. If Anet gave us exactly that in the next PvP balance patch, I would kiss their feet
  7. Spellbreaker has some potential as sidenode 1v1 spec, but sadly loses every match-up against Prot Holos, Sidenode Rangers and Mirages. If the 3 specs would get nerfed, Warrior would instantly be meta again, since it could fulfill an inportant role
  8. I wouldn‘t compare it to Prot Holo, but I know what you are trying to say. The sustain coupled with the damage are for sure problematic and I can see it being the dominant 1v1 build after Holos get nerfed, not sure if I would call it broken though. I agree that pet damage modifiers across the board should be adjusted, because some of them hit harder and move faster than actual players.
  9. 100% agree, Scourges and Prot Holos aside - in what world are Mantras that heal for 200HP per charge okay? Very confused about the recent changes
