Hello! I try to buy gems on black lion trading company, i give everything the game want. On the menu "rewiev your order" i click to confirm and i get an sms authetication to my phone with a code that i should write in a pop up window, but the pup up window only write Visa and a half circle is rotating, and don't show where i should write the authentication code. I wait for a 15 min but nothing changed. I talked with my bank and we tried lot of things but nothing changed and they say the problem is with the gw2 and not with my card. I bought gem 3-4 mounth ago and there was no pop up window and was no problem but now i can't buy sadly. Any idea how to fix it?
