End of 2020 i joined GW2 (beautiful game i think) as a F2P player. I liked it very much. June 2021 i thought i am gonna buy this game with the Path of Fire update included. Happy happy.
Well, i wanted to buy the game from the original website to support te makers, somewhere els the game was cheaper, just a couple bucks. But it didnt work, and i am sure i walked to the payment proces.
No confirmation mail, so i log on and nothing changed. Restarted couple time, but nothing happend (didnt check bankaccount if payment was done). So i try to buy the game again. Still no confirmation mail, but after a couple resets, the game was there! So happy! So i jump in to the game for a nice adventure! Short after i bought the game, i see that i payed 2x for the game.
I made a ticket for support and here starts my frustrations. They ask for my personal information and i understand that. I mail them what they asked for, except the confirmation mail, because i never got any! And they dont reply. 1 month later i check my bankaccount, and i still didnt get my money back for 1. So i reply on the same ticket with the qeustion, if they want to help me to get my money back.

I mean i started this proces waay back!
I can login, but still no confirmation mail of the purchase. So i lost my money for nothing and they wont help me? Anyone got experience with this support team? Are they reasonable, am i wrong?
I feel scammed by the support team and i dont feel like logging in to this (beautiful) game anymore 😞
