In my country buying the level boost package in the gem store is not available. Would it be okay if someone ought to buy the package and sell the lvl 80 boost to me? or is that no option? Yes, i used my first boost on another character.

I'm missing the VOED ('very old electric device) quest item after the snaff prize. i thought i need to use it to find the artifact for the quest Reading on the rise. Readings on the Rise - Guild Wars 2 Wiki (GW2W) i need to activate it to locate the artifact but i don't have the special ability anymore to do so. i also can't find the VOED in my inventory

Hi, i'm stuck in the beginning of the game, my personal story because of a quest item missing. And since i can't seem to get it back i want to quit this chapter so i can start over and hopefully evade the bug from happening again. But unlike other chapters i can't seem to quit this one.
