So after finding out they made a model change in the Nightmare fractal with the Multiform Ambulatory Mobile Artillery that I decided to make a petition to let Anet know that changing the model to the new one is a detriment to the fractals experience and should have been left in place.https://www.change.org/p/get-anet-to-give-m-a-m-a-her-butt-back

We base our membership around a person’s character through observation of their behavior and treatment of others in accordance with our standards outlined on the website. We firmly believe that it's the members that make the guild, not the leadership. The Gryphons Aerie was built to include all people, regardless of ethnicity, culture, gender-identity, sexuality, or experience level. We do our best to accommodate and support the varying needs of an individual as they arise (IE: Those with disabilities or mental disorders such as Autism, Anxiety and/or Depression, etc. as long as we are made aware of the situation in some way).We welcome and encourage everyone to share any and all suggestions as well as their feedback in our efforts to strengthen our guild and move forward to everyone’s benefit. Our members are actively involved with our guild decisions. We take great pride in helping our fellow Gryphons; no task is too small or trivial. We specialize in PvE content and take time to assist guild members with a variety of goals, ranging from personal quests, Fractals, Dungeons, Map Completion, Leveling, and even Gear Acquisition. Our members are encouraged and rewarded for their efforts to better the guild as well through a specially designed "Reward Track". Points are earned for doing a wide variety of things together and once enough are accumulated, prizes can be claimed without losing those points. Prizes include crafting materials, gear, agony infusions, minis, etc. with the top prize being a 2000 Gem Gift Card. We are a LGBTAIQ+ Supportive Guild. Many of our members either fall into, or support those within one or more of these categories. We do not tolerate derogatory or inflammatory messages, jokes, or other communication meant to insult others. Engaging in such behavior will result in immediate dismissal. This also applies to any other sorts of harassment too. Everyone is encouraged to play their own way. Everyone’s style of play is different, therefore we take a relaxed approach to it so that everyone can play their own way without feeling pressured to do otherwise. Our events always will bend a little to everyone’s needs, whether it’s a specific achievement or a personal goal (like collecting a full stack of 250 broken spoons). Each individual can relax and shine in their own way without being discouraged by things like speed runs or exploits that are essentially means to an end. Games are made to have fun, so less violence and more violets we say! Who Are We Looking For? We are recruiting players who are interested in PvE events and content - particularly Fractals/Fractal Progression, Dungeons, Meta-Events, and building our first Raid teams - who wish to be more than just a name on a roster. Our members both participate in and run structured weekly events, along with impromptu cooperative PvE adventures. We are looking for more friends who are willing to step up and lead others through the variety of content available and also are willing to put in the effort in order to prepare themselves to progress to higher tier content (ie: T3 or T4 Fractals, Raid-training, etc). We are hoping to expand our event timing with more players willing to step up who reside outside our primary time zone of US Eastern. We’re called The Gryphons Aerie and we’re a small, casual/semi-casual yet social, 18+, PvE, family on Tarnished Coast (though as long as you’re on a NA server, it doesn’t matter too much unless you plan to WvsW heavily). Our peak time tends to be in the mid-late evening EST (GMT -5), though we have a few others from various time zones. We know that RL comes first and stress that fact. We’ll still be there even if you can’t for a bit of time. Just leave a little note to let us know you’ll be away, and all is well. We do not demand 100% representation. It’s not our business to tell you who you can and cannot associate with; that choice is yours alone. We are focused on providing a place where people can feel comfortable and as though they are more than just a name on the roster. We want everyone to feel like family. We are very LGBTQ friendly and do not tolerate any sort of derogatory words, comments, bigotry etc. toward anyone regardless of nationality, race, religious beliefs, gender identity or sexuality.
