Not sure if its been mentioned previously in the thread, but on The Way Forward chapter in PoF, upon entering the Forgotten City instance, the entire place was dark for me. I could see the interface, skills and minimap, but my actual character and the entire area were a black screen. Disabling DX11 and reloading into the instance fixed the issue for me.
