Profession Suggestion for the Latency Challenged

Due to GW2's servers being based in Austin, latency is going to be in the 200-260 kind of range for me. Any suggestions for a Profession/Build that will mitigate that the most please? I'm thinking Engineer or Elementalist but really have no idea, any suggestions are welcome.

Yeah just bad timing. Lots of people are looking for a new MMO after New World's pretty catastrophic fail (mass duping/exploiting that has effectively ruined the game). We'll just wait for a fix, most of us can't decide which class to play anyway lol.

Title really says it all. The game simple doesn't work for any of us, it not only doesn't launch, it completely breaks our PCs so a hard restart will work. Hopefully this is fixed asap and a statement made because we likely won't be back and I'm sure this will cost the game players.
