I reached level 80 with 39 points. Chose to put 30 points into Scourge build. Got a free torch. But nothing else. No skill for torch on tool bar, no build option and torch skill was still grayed out. Says I need the Scourge build to use the torch in the torch details. Only have 9 points left. And it still says Necromancer on the character selection screen not Scourge. I'll put another 10 points in as soon as I get them and see what happens. Maybe it's me but I haven't had any bother starting specialisations on any of my other 11 toons.
