Was looking forward to the mini-season as its a way to get some guildies from WvW into PvP since they just wanna do headbanging fights instead of kiting and capping nodes with me in an abusive duo queue system.
I for one don't really mind coming up against 3 other "competetive" or even "wintraders", I feel as though the actual PvPers who just wanna hang out with some friends are being punished not the people who join mini-seasons for their selfish reasons such as purposefully AFKing just for reward tracks and gold rewards or whatever it is. As of which the rewards to the 3v3 season are miniscule anyways and access to the top 250 only heralds 1 title so I'm not really understanding the reasoning behind this 2 party limit?
Above is only speculation as to why this has happened - however there's been a few bugs with 3v3 such as queuing up and ending up in the Asura Arena in a 5v5 deathmatch for a couple of hours so wondering if it's just a little bug. If anyone from Anet can answer with reasoning behind it as suggested by the companies support team that would be lovely, thank you.
