I've been unable to get past the following screen when I try to use the gem store. I otherwise wouldn't mind, but I've missed the entirety of the Wintersday stuff. The only way I was able to get the item I wanted (Gobbler) was through a friend. I've submitted multiple in-game support tickets as well as one to support. Does anyone have further insight into this incredibly frustrating issue? I've just finished redownloading the game, as I was suggested to do so by a guildie. Thanks. https://imgur.com/a/wplv8BO
