Thank you all for the update and the feedback. We will try Ember Bay and see if it yields any improvements. I agree that every bit helps.

Thank you for the update. I appreciate it. We have been doing that....having lots of bait, lures, and time. We spend about 5-6 hours a day fishing. Typically when we get off work. It just has been a drag with the Saltwater ones.

To Whom This May Concern:
My friend and I have been fishing since End of Dragons has came out. We have spent about 150+ hours just on fishing alone for all the different fishing achievements. We have been successful in getting all of the fishing achievements except the Saltwater Fisher and the Avid Saltwater Fisher. We have been fishing in Caledon Forest for saltwater fish and have not had any luck obtaining saltwater fish. Additionally, we have fished in Seitung Province and New Kaineng City for saltwater fish; using Shore Fish, Offshore Fish, Coastal Fish, Channel Fish, and Open Water fishing holes. We still are having no luck with fishing there for saltwater fish either. Lastly, we have fished in Mount Maelstrom for saltwater fish over by the Infinite Coil Reactor with no luck. We understand there is a Random Number Generator (RNG) for each fish within the game. It just seems very tough for us for the saltwater fish. This might be because the pool for saltwater fish is at least 60-different items that can be caught out of it versus other fishing holes with a much lesser pool of items that can be caught out of them. A similar set of fishing achievements are the World Class Fisher and the Avid World Class Fisher. We have no issues obtaining these fish and collect many of them even within the saltwater fishing holes.
We would appreciate any feedback, tips, and support on how to complete the Saltwater Fisher and Avid Saltwater Fisher achievement. Thank you.

Yesterday at 21:35I accidently crafted 6-Female Norn Holo-Dancers. I wanted to only craft 3-Female Norn Holo-Dancers and 3-Male Norn Holo-Dancers in order to make the Fractal Console. Will you please refund 3-Female Norn Holo-Dancers for the currency that it cost or exchange them for the 3-Male Norn Holo-Dancers?

Today at 00:30Thank you for reaching back out to us.
After further review of our records, I was unable to verify the 3 Female Norn Holo-Dancers being crafted. Additionally, the Female Norn Holo-Dancer is automatically sent to guild storage once it has been crafted; Customer Support does not have the ability to remove any items once they have been added to a guild's storage. As this is the case, we will unfortunately be unable to provide a material refund for the items in question.
I apologize for any inconvenience this news may cause you. if you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Today at 00:45Thank you for letting me know your answer. If I may offer one suggestion to the Customer Support and Development Team; please add in a "are you sure you want to craft this" as a backup for players when clicking on the "craft all" button. Thank you again for the help.

Today at 00:55Thank you for reaching back out to us.
While Customer Support is unable to implement gameplay changes, nor do we have any influence over gameplay changes, we have found that the best way for the Development team to gather and review player feedback and suggestions is through the official forums. We ask and encourage players to post their ideas in our forums: https://en-forum.guildwars2.com
Members of the Development Team read the forums daily, and while they usually cannot respond to individual suggestions, the fact that team members can review those suggestions in a public forum helps them gauge the level of interest in a particular idea, and also allows other players to discuss and offer feedback of their own.
The team looks forward to reviewing your input. Please don't hesitate to contact us again in the future if you have any other questions or concerns.
