Dear GW2-support,
on your request to make a official post on this forum about my bug this thread follows. Already had two conversations about that in ticket #8487847 and ticket #8530077.
The problem:
I cant continue with Icebrood-Saga on my main character. Im owning chapter 2 and chapter 5 and already passed chapter 2 on my main.
When you want to start with "Champions" you will recive a ingame-message in your mailbox by a npc. The first quest is to read that letter. BUT I cant do that.
Why? It could have two reasons. 1: I excidently deleted the message without reading it. 2: My mailbox was full and I aint getting a second message send by npc.
No matter why, this problem needs to be fixed forever. I already tried a lot of things to get the problem solved on my own, but nothing worked.
-I finished "Chapter 5: Champions" with my second character.
-I restarted the Chapter on my main a few times.
-I cleared my mailbox
-I played a lot of different content. Sometimes it helps to give things time, but also in a month playing the problem didnt fixed itself.
I think screenshots arent necessary, but feel free to ask.

yea, but I dont want to. It looks better when all chapters are labelled with "done". Also thats not the point anymore. It shouldnt be so hard and confusing to start a chapter, even if you did a simple mistake like I did.
