Couldn't the problem also be (I just thought about it) that she's playing the game while the game is still downloading all the files it needs? So the gems just can't load in rn and will load when the download is done?

Hello, a while ago my friend who is new to the game (playing the game for 2nd day), bought gems inthe gem store and did not recieve them, but the money from her card is gone. Does it have something in common with the 4 day validation and her gems will arrive the 4th day? Thank you for answers.
