There are Volcanic fishing spots in Fireheart rise near the dungeon entrance. I have caught a Fire Eel there. However the tool tip is misleading and should be relabeled. -
For the Ring of Fire Fisher achievement you need to catch a Fire Eel. The tooltip hint says it can be found in the waters of Draconis Mons. The Eel is a night time fish and Draconis Mons is time locked at 9am. I have been able to catch it in Fireheart Rise.
