I reported this issue before and i was told to do all these diagnostic tests and check for routing issues. Ran all that and nothing seemed wrong. Issue went away mostly before EOD launch i had not noticed it in a while. Since EOD's Launch i've had to sometimes close and reopen the game 3-4 times just to get a stable connection. Then ill randomly get a 2500 spike that never goes away and relaunching fixes it. Why does reloading the game fix a Ping spike? I monitored my internet and it seems to be fine so i can only assume its between GW2 servers and ISP of which i can do nothing on my end. This is extremely frustrating.
