An update: the day after this post i completed up to chapter 12 of the story before trying again, and when i tried i got the floating chest that gave me the collection item. At first I thought it was related to the progress of the story, but based on the other reports in the post I think it's unlikely, it's more likely to have to do with the fact that I stayed the period of a reset to try again and finally receive the floating chest for the first time with the collection item. Maybe trying too many times would reset the daily time cooldown so I could get the floating chest? I'm not sure, but I hope the dev team will look at this and try to see what's wrong, because it was a frustrating experience.

I successfully finished the jade maw event for the fourth time and the turtle collection just doesn't complete, now I finished the event with 2 minutes left and having dealt a lot of damage to the boss by throwing the crystals and without dying, very frustrating I've already opened two ingame reports, a ticket on the website and the gw2 team just says that they can't give the reward, so I can keep trying, but I already got all the other items in the collection, just this event is missing and I can't get the expansion mount for account of it Successful event prints https://uploaddeimagens.com.br/imagens/qGfgeKU - Successful event print 2
