Dragon.1587's Achievements

  1. Come join some pretty cool nerds who drink a bit, curse a bit, and laugh a lot! You can message me: Dragon.1587 or my co-GM: Opposable.8570 with questions or ask for an invite!
  2. Guild hall is coming along and now we are a level 10 guild! Come join the madness! We are slowly learning end-game content and need a few more intrepid adventurers to build a solid group to start strikes and raids! No silly requirements, no guilt, no sweaty try-hards and I saved 15% on my car insurance with Geico...wait, wrong chat...anyways...if you are interested in learning end-game PVE group content with some pretty cool people, hit us up!
  3. The guild hall is coming along nicely and we are starting to organize more fun stuff that involves killing (us or the NPCs), running around like chickens trying to find obscure guild trek places of interest (whoever wrote that book needs to seriously get out more), and baby fractals! We run stuff mostly in the evenings (US CST), but I am always game to do metas in the dead of the night while I am on this blasted night shift! We have bad jokes, bad DPS, but good times, so come see what the fun is about! Hit me up if you have questions, comments, or bribes, er, compliments!
  4. Hey you, yeah you--over there by the bad punch and unsalted peanuts! Come give us a try if you are bored or if you want a small guild experience (translation: bad jokes, some funny memes, and strong coffee)! Seriously, if you are shy or introverted, we are the place for you! No big requirements other than don't be a jerk, and we don't pester you to join events-they are there, you are wanted, no chastisement for not participating (unless you are into that kinda thing). Have a great day and hmu if you have questions!
  5. [NA][PVE] Schizophrenic Squirrels [SQIR] is a fairly new guild with mostly new players (and a few crazy vets), a level 20ish guild hall (slaving away to build favor), no silly requirements other than be kind, enjoy learning fractals with folks who avidly avoid sweaty try-hards, and maybe be interested in learning raids when we have enough people... We are mostly genX gamers that come with MMO experience from games such as World of Warcraft (without the side of toxicity), Star Wars TOR, and Elder Scrolls Online. We are still pretty new to GW2 (except for our mesmer on retainer and our dedicated beetle racer), so we are still exploring, questing, and posting fashion pics in our discord. We love GW2 but occasionally rage at jumping puzzles (most of us anyways-I swear Martha, it is the HEIGHTS), and our Mesmer on retainer can help you get the goods if you need it for a daily. We run hither and yon harvesting when we should be clearing a map, or fishing when we really should be working on our skyscale (yay! skyscale obtained-epic questline!). One thing we all have in common is we love GW2 and enjoy playing with like-minded gamers. So if this has not scared you away and you are intrigued, hit us up for more info! Details: NA region, home realm is Sea of Sorrows (only for WvW purposes), time zone is all over the place-all time zones in NA are represented but our “organized” events are usually EST unless I am posting and then it is CST, evenings and weekends. Guild mission runs on Thursdays. Candidates: new and vet, LGBTQIA+ welcome, 18+ yo and please, don’t clutch your pearls at salty language...we don't bite...hard anyways, open to having fun, curious about learning new things...If this sparks your interest, even if it is just to spectate, again, hit me up and I will be happy to drag you into the madness: Dragon.1587
  6. There is no "hello/goodbye" moderator but they do identify one weakness that a lot of guilds have and that is by and large, we as players are...dare I say it...a bit introverted?anti-social?have social anxiety? (raises hand to all 3), and they don't go around smacking your hand with a ruler for not answering a post or saying hello every single time-I think it is a nice reminder and it is super helpful for folks like me who just started a new game. I love that they do not make me feel like an idiot for asking basic questions and that they operate at a relaxed pace. If your curious, message the officers and see what they say :)
