Was logged in as every other page was working fine - it looks like whatever was wrong is fixed now though. Maybe the updated page was still propagating or something.

Good morning, while I know Arenanet doesn't directly control Amazon's Prime Gaming listing for Guild Wars 2, I wanted to raise that the link isn't working. When in the prime gaming section, clicking on Guild Wars 2 redirects you to the Prime Gaming homepage. All other games I tested on the page work correctly and go to their items/content. Tested on both PC and mobile and experienced the same issue. I'm unsure if there's someone that can raise the flag about this issue or investigate to see if there's anything that can be done to fix the issue.

The original intent of this post was more to make sure ANET was aware there was a miscommunication/misleading post regarding the mount skins. At this point it has been addressed - albeit to a level that some are unhappy with the result - and this is expected because you cannot make 100% of the people happy all the time. I think in this case, they did what they could with the situation to resolve it. I work in the gaming industry, I have for as many years as ANET has been in business. This isn't stupidity, it isn't malice, it isn't bait and switch. It was an accident, potentially caused by a change of direction in the free gift. Honestly, it happens. It happens at all companies, and this was just an error made in front of the public. If you even knew 5% of the things I've seen in this industry...you wouldn't really bat an eye at this one. I feel for the social media person, as they're probably kicking their selves in the butt over it, even if it wasn't their fault in the first place. Game companies have SO MANY moving parts, its easy for mistakes to happen, and in the grand scheme - this is minor. We should cut them a break, they did what they could to address it openly and honestly. That is all we can hope for in this scenario. My advice for you - Enjoy your free gift, play the game, and continue to be the awesome community we have seen here for years.

To clarify - none of my first statement is sarcasm. I think it really is awesome there's a free mount being offered. I'm disappointed that I got my excitement up based on the Twitter post only to find out it wasn't as advertised.

Hey so I want to call out it is AWESOME that ANET is giving out a free mount license to players to celebrate the 10th anniversary. Great call! What is not a great call...is the advertisement for it being used on social media. It appears there was a miscommunication as the post shows tons of mounts along with FREE and none of those mounts are in the voucher as they are 2k gem mounts. Literally all 4 shown mounts are unavailable. Super super misleading. It would be really cool to correct that as some of us saw that and got super excited only to find out it is entirely false.

Posted this on another thread, and trying to share it here in case it helps: Hey so...I think I discovered a workaround. I shared it in Lion's Arch and a few others seemed to report it helped them. When you're using the TP and have the shop open, Press "M" to open your map. As long as you keep the map open it should run better. For some reason this entirely fixes the issue for me as long as the map is open, and it seems to work for others. I hope it can help you too! It's clunky...but better than fighting the TP. I'm unsure WHY this helps...and it leads me to believe it is an overall UI issue since much of the UI vanishes when opening the map.
