I e-mailed but submit page wont advance with out a serial key. It states leave blank below but when I hit submit button I get " Guild Wars 2 Serial Code: cannot be blank "

I claimed the 50% off on the path of fire deal from twitch prime. It stated I had till May 31 to use it but the webpage was removed on the 25 and now I have no access the code in order to redeem it. I have already contacted Amazon and they stated I needed to contact the game company. I can not submit a ticket as I no longer have the game code e-mail from 8 years ago.

I had claimed it and was waiting to use it. Prime gaming CS stated it was the game company that removed it. Its Incompetence or shady on Anets part.

The claim said I had till May 31 to REDEEM it.

Why is the GW2 Twitch prime loot removed from the Amazon site? I claimed the 50% off Path of Fire discount, have not redeemed it yet as it did not expire till May 31. Now I cant get the code because the site is gone and Amazon says Anet removed it. Anet wants a game serial code to submit a ticket on it. I came back to a bait and switch false advertising scam.
