I'm attempting to complete the HOPE IV collection but have my progress blocked because of a nasty bug.
I'm trying to get the Salivary Stone from the Champion Mordrem Stonehead Alpha and Beta. I've completed the event twice now, on two different maps, to no avail. Each time, I ensured:
1. That MPEC was active (the buff was on my toolbar).
2. I had an active MPEC and not a burnt-out MPEC.
3. The Champion Mordrem Stoneheads I killed were during the Escort Sage Gorra event.
I contacted support and they essentially told me to ensure that my MPEC buff was active (which it was) and to kill the two Champions I had already killed.
Has anyone encountered this problem before? It's incredibly frustrating.
