Hi there, with the server split between Blacktide and Aurora Glade I now had to chose between 2 WvW guilds I was part of. I had to pay gems (1,800) to sever my friendships. I really love you and when possible I pay for your extensions and spend money. This is a great game. But forcing people to chose between their friends and having to pay for it - I am not talking about the pips lost that is like double insult to injury - just does not feel right. I still love you, but now I feel hurt and torn and wondering whether I should pay again to move back and no doubt I will have pain then again. I hope that makes sense. Please consider this for the future.

Over the Christmas period I have bought several gifts for other players. It appears that they do not receive notification from where the gift came. Nor do I get any confirmation that I gave the gift to a specific recipient. Whilst not a bug, I feel this is a disappointment, but also a lost opportunity for you. I am sure that gifting is encouraged and I see that reflected in your many values. In ways by not being able to see that the gift came from someone (some people thought it came from you!) or not being able to see that your gift got somewhere is a bit of joy gone. Up to you... not a bug... a feature suggestion 🙂
