I thought it would be account wide. How do I use it on a character?

On 12/31/2022 I purchased an expansion, a character slot, and a bag slot. I received three redeem codes in an email. I logged into my account and used/redeemed them. I have access to the expansion and I see a new empty character slot. I do not see a new bag slot. What do I need to do to receive the bag slot I purchased? Thanks.
